Shiatsu Massage

Shiatsu massage is a type of deep-tissue massage that is based on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Practitioners use their hands to manipulate pressure points and energy meridians to balance the body’s energy flow. Shiatsu practitioners believe this manipulation can help with pain relief, stress reduction, relaxation, and improved sleep. Shiatsu massage may benefit people who want to address specific health problems such as high blood pressure or diabetes because it helps relax tight muscles in the neck and shoulders. This therapy benefits anyone looking to reduce stress, improve circulation and relieve pain in specific areas of their body.

Ashiatsu Massage

Ashiatsu is a massage technique that involves the application of the practitioner’s feet, rather than the hands or arms, to a client’s body. During an Ashiatsu massage, the therapist uses their bare feet to deliver deep compression, long gliding strokes, and/or assisted stretching. The therapists use their feet and controlled weight to apply the massage.

Thai Massage

Thai massage, also known as Thai Yoga Massage, is a full-body massage technique that combines stretching, pressure, and yoga-like poses. It's a traditional Thai medicine practice that's been around for thousands of years and is influenced by Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine.

Reflexology

Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to various pressure points on the feet, hands, and ears. It provides pain and stress relief, and that helps your body function better.

Sweedish Massage

Swedish massage is a deep-tissue type of massage that uses five strokes – effleurage, petrissage, friction, tapotement, and vibration – to relax and rejuvenate the body. While Shiatsu focuses on stretching muscles to relieve tension in specific areas of your body, Swedish massage focuses on relaxation and soothing muscles without stretching them too much.  A Swedish massage is a relaxing massage that focuses on relaxation and stress reduction. It uses long strokes and kneading to relieve muscle tension, tendon, and ligament tension. Swedish massage can be more relaxing than Shiatsu, but it doesn’t work as deeply into your muscles or connective tissue.
